Steve Allen Joines, age 75 of Sparta; passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 8th, 2022 in Sparta.
Steve was the Owner/Operator of the former Steve Joines Dairy in Sparta and was a member of Mt. Joines a Democrat was elected mayor of Winston-Salem on November 6 2001.
